After house hunting with several first responders these past years, it has become clear how imperative they are to our community. I am proud to partner with SHIELD616, their work to keep our law enforcement and firefighters safe is unparalleled.
For every first-responder I work with, I donate $500 to SHIELD616 in their name and an additional $500 for anyone who refers a first-responder. This includes law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians. These funds go directly to the department and agency of your choice, our way of saying thank you to the men and women who serve and protect.
SHIELD616 was created to support local law enforcement communities and first responders on a local and national level. They believe when our peace officers and first responders are well equipped, we strengthen our nation, states, communities, neighborhoods and families as a whole.
SHIELD616 is mindful that many departments have limited budgets. As a result, their goal is not only to provide initial protection but to replace the gear every five years — at no cost to the peace officer, first responder or department.
